What modes of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments through Credit Card or Bank Transfers (BDO, GCash or Unionbank).
How long is your processing time and how soon can I get my order?
Kindly give us a few days to prepare your package for delivery and allow for COVID-related delays.
After your payment has been verified, your order will be scheduled for the next shipping date. We ship out every Monday and Friday, excluding holidays. Cut Off is 12pm the day before the next shipping date (ex. Cut Off: Thursday 12pm for orders to be shipped out on Friday.)
Once your order has been shipped out, kindly expect your package after a few days depending on your location:
Metro Manila | 1-2 Working Days |
Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite | 3-5 Working Days |
Other Provinces | 5-10 Working Days |

Cancellations, Exchange & Refunds
Once orders have been processed and packed, we unfortunately cannot accommodate cancellation requests. For any issues with your order, kindly email us at order@somethingblue.ph.
